International Cuisine Jigsaw

Students learn about one type of international cuisine in groups (or independently). Then they get into new groups (or pairs) to share their knowledge and new vocabulary. The new groups discuss the four types of cuisine, comparing and contrasting the types of cuisine they’ve learned about.
